Laura
Bailey is a professional actress, singer and director; working in live theatre,
film, commercial media, and voice over for animation. She has shot
commercials for Hyundai, Pep Boys, Taco John's, ColorTyme, Valley Ranch, Gadzooks,
Nokia, Radio Shack, 7-11, Wingstop (with Troy Aikman!), and many others. Laura's stage work
includes performances at Quad C Theatre in suburbia, Through a
Glass Onion, Don’t Rock the Jukebox; as well as productions
at WaterTower Theatre, Theatre Quorum, the Dallas Theater Center and
many others. She also
toured with Vince Vance and the Valiants. Laura has appeared on
television in Walker: Texas Ranger; and in feature films such as Graduation
Day, The Ruffian and The Anarchist’s Cookbook. But she has really
made her mark in the world of voice over for animation. Laura is
the lead voice of Marlene on the animated series Blue Gender, Kayko
on Yu-Yu Hakusho, Tohru on Fruits Basket, the lead
villain on Full Metal Alchemist, as well as leading characters on
Gunslinger Girl and Kodocha.
She has voiced numerous characters on the hit television series Dragon
Ball Z ... most notably,
the sweet and loving character of Erasa, and the problem child Trunks.
Laura has also begun directing Gunslinger Girl and Kodocha.
Laura voices the lead character, Agent Rayne, on the awesome
Terminal Reality game BloodRayne … in which she hunts down Nazis …
and eats them! She is also
the voice of the lead female characters in the hot new video games Deus Ex: The Invisible War,
Roadkill and Spike Out: Battle Street. Laura
